EBPro (Employee Benefits Pro) is a digital platform that lets employers issue, fund, and manage employee benefits through prepaid cards, in real time and with full visibility for both sides. Employers get a dashboard to manage benefits, cards, and funding, while employees get a self-service portal to activate cards, track balances, and manage transactions.

A company representative signs up with a work email, verifies the email address, and submits company KYC documentation. The account stays in "Pending" status until our admin team reviews and approves it, typically within 1 business day, and you will be notified as soon as a decision is made. Once approved, your company gets full platform access.

EBPro supports both Naira (NGN) and US Dollar (USD) prepaid cards. Employers assign either card type to each employee, individually or in bulk. Once the assignment is approved, a card request is sent through our banking partner for issuance.

Yes. Employers can assign team members to two roles: an Inputter, who creates and manages records, and an Approver, who signs off on key actions like employee creation, card issuance, and funding. This maker-checker setup means no single person can complete a sensitive action alone.

Payroll lumps benefits into salary, where they are hard to track and easy to spend on anything. EBPro puts each benefit on a dedicated prepaid card, so employers can see exactly what was funded, when, and for which benefit, while employees get a clear view of what they have received.

Employees can be added one at a time or uploaded in bulk via CSV, together with their benefit assignments. You can choose from preloaded benefit types or create custom benefits for your organization, and only active, selected benefits can be assigned. Every employee addition goes through an approval step before it is finalized.

Employers load funds directly onto employee cards, specifying the amount and benefit type, and every funding action requires approval before it goes through. Authorized roles can also block or unblock cards at any time, and employees can suspend their own card instantly if it is lost, stolen, or shows suspicious activity.

EBPro uses AES-256 encryption, JWT-based authentication, and role-based access control (RBAC) to protect all data. Employers can only see their own organization's data, and every key action is recorded in a filterable audit log. The platform is built for 99.9% uptime, with automated backups and disaster recovery in place.

Employers can generate and export reports on employees, cards, funding, and benefits, filtered by date, status, and type, in CSV or PDF. Employees can download their own statements and raise transaction disputes directly from their dashboard. Every dashboard also includes an in-app FAQ and a support form that notifies our team directly.
